Over 25 years ago, a friend gave us a jar of the Santa Maria original seasoning. Ever since then, it is the only seasoning we use. We put the seasoning on everything. It wakes up vegetables and the flavor is fantastic. We have recommended to several friends. I have several jars right now.

The Original is our go to seasioning for all beef and most chicken and pork recipes. Makes the best tri tip on the grill.

The best seasoning I've used for over 30 years! I was first introduced to Santa Maria Style Tri-Tip BBQ back in 1989. I've put a lot of smiles on people whenever I cook. I've been asked over the years to try other seasonings but nothing compares to Susie Q's!!! Still grilling here in Arizona with Susie Q's for life!!!!

My husband grew up in Santa Maria. These beans were a staple in his house. He lives in Indiana now, with me, I had never heard of Santa Maria BBQ, until I met him. These beans are so good. I'm glad I get to be a part of the Santa Maria BBQ. From the tri tip to the seasoning to the bread and of course These amazing beans. We buy bulk and freeze batches. This original Santa Maria Seasoning is the best all around we have ever used. Beef chicken or pork it’s going to tantalize your taste buds. We’re have used it in soups and casseroles as well. A great seasoning you will enjoy using.

SusieQ Seasoning is the ONLY season salt I use on my tritips and steaks!! I’m from the Lompoc on the Central Coast, but I live and work out in the West Texas oilfields!! Every Friday I grill up tritip sandwiches for my rigs, I only use SusieQ on them!! Hands from Mississippi, Louisiana, Oaklahoma & Texas tell me that they’ve never had tritip, and every time they tell me they love it and they always want more!! I like to think it’s cause my dad taught me how to grill tritip and also cause I use nothing but SusieQ Seasoning!! These guys LOVE IT out here!! We absolutely love the Original Santa Maria Seasoning. We mainly put it on tri-tip, but it is great on chicken and pork as well. My kids even put it on their popcorn!! Our friend was generous enough to gift us a small Santa Maria grill and we use it almost every weekend!
