I was born and raised in California and moved to the Midwest about 12 years ago. One of the things I missed was Santa Maria Style bbq. When I found I could order Susie Q, I was excited. I have since introduced it to my family and friends here and they keep asking me to get it for them. I have given it as Christmas gifts because they have requested it. Santa Maria season reminds me so much of my mother in law she would use it for everything, even to make her own ranch and fettuccine sauce. I miss her so much but this always brings me a big closer to her cooking.

Santa Maria Style Season by Susie Q is the most phenomenal seasoning ever. From BBQ, breakfast potatoes & so much more it’s truly a must have. Two of my adult children live in Georgia & Oregon, I am constantly mailing them this seasoning through out the year, as they grew up with this seasoning. SusieQ Seasoning is the ONLY season salt I use on my tritips and steaks!! I’m from the Lompoc on the Central Coast, but I live and work out in the West Texas oilfields!! Every Friday I grill up tritip sandwiches for my rigs, I only use SusieQ on them!! Hands from Mississippi, Louisiana, Oaklahoma & Texas tell me that they’ve never had tritip, and every time they tell me they love it and they always want more!! I like to think it’s cause my dad taught me how to grill tritip and also cause I use nothing but SusieQ Seasoning!! These guys LOVE IT out here!!
