The Susie Q’s Santa Maria Style Essentials Gift Pack Quarterly Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is sponsored by Righetti Specialties, P.O. Box 2513, Santa Maria, CA 93456 (“Sponsor”).

Eligibility
This Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor and its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members are not eligible to participate.

Promotion Period
The Giveaway begins on March 1, 2024, and is ongoing on a quarterly basis. Each quarterly entry period resets on the following dates: January 1, March 1, June 1, and September 1. Sponsor reserves the right to modify or terminate the Giveaway at any time. Quarterly winners are selected on January 1, March 1, June 1, and September 1, or as otherwise announced by Sponsor.

How to Enter
To enter, participants must submit an honest and complete review of their favorite Susie Q’s brand product on the Sponsor's website, susieqbrand.com. Reviews are submitted via our third-party partner, Judge.me. Reviews that contain irrelevant, obscene, or otherwise inappropriate content that cannot be published do not qualify. By submitting a review, participants consent to receive email notifications related to the Giveaway. Reviews must be active and visible on the website to qualify.

Winner Selection and Notification
One winner will be randomly selected from eligible entries at the end of each quarterly period (January 1, March 1, June 1, and September 1). Winners will be notified via the email address provided in their review submission. To claim the prize, winners must respond to the notification email within five (5) days. Failure to respond within this timeframe may result in disqualification, and an alternate winner may be selected.

Prize
Each quarterly winner will receive one (1) Susie Q’s Santa Maria Style Essentials Gift Pack, with a retail value of $35 plus shipping, for a total approximate retail value (ARV) of $48. Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.

General Conditions
By participating, entrants agree to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Giveaway. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Giveaway or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.

Limitations of Liability
Sponsor is not responsible for: (1) technical failures of any kind; (2) lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, or inaccurate reviews; (3) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Giveaway; (4) technical or human error that may occur in the administration of the Giveaway or the processing of entries; or (5) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in the Giveaway or receipt or use or misuse of any prize.

Disputes
This Giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of California, without respect to conflict of law doctrines. As a condition of participating in this Giveaway, participant agrees that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Giveaway, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in Santa Barbara County, California.

By entering the Giveaway, participants agree to Sponsor's use of their personal information as described in Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.
