Craving a change from the usual dips? Dive into this Oak-Grilled Cowboy Caviar. Crafted with the freshest of ingredients, its standout feature is the corn, which, when grilled (especially with red oak wood chips), brings forth an enticing smoky oak flavor. The symphony of crisp, zesty, and smoky notes in this recipe makes it an irresistible companion to your tortilla chips, and equally delightful as a salad or topping for grilled dishes.

Simple, vibrant, and radiating with flavor, this cowboy caviar diverges from the creamy dips commonly seen at gatherings. Enhanced with the unique touch of our Santa Maria Style Seasoning, it's a testament to the magic fresh ingredients can conjure.
