Ingredients:
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 6 1/2 oz. crab meat, canned or fresh
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tsp. prepared mustard
- 1/4 cup Sherry wine
- 1 tbsp. minced onion
- Susie Q's Santa Maria Style Seasoning
- Dash of paprika
- Crackers & crudités, for serving
- Cut the cream cheese into cubes, place in a saucepan over medium heat, and heat, stirring occasionally, until smooth.
- Stir in the crab meat, mayonnaise, mustard, Sherry wine, and minced onion. Stir until heated through.
- Season to taste with Susie Q's and a dash of paprika.
- Transfer to a bowl and serve with warm with assorted crackers and crudités.
