Ingredients:
- 1 lb. carrots
- 1 1/4 tsp. Susie Q's Santa Maria Style Seasoning
- 1 tsp. butter
- 1 slice American cheese
Directions:
- Peel carrots, cut into 1/2“ thick slices, and steam until tender.
- Drain liquid and add the seasoning, butter, and American cheese. Cover pot until cheese melts.
- Gently toss until carrots are well coated.
