Easy Steamed Carrots with Cheese

  1. Peel carrots, cut into ½ “ thick slices, and steam until tender. 
  2. Drain liquid and add the seasoning, butter, and American cheese.  Cover pot until cheese melts. 
  3. Gently toss until carrots are well coated.
